In 1998, Taizhou Yongfeng Chemical Co., Ltd. was established to operate basic chemical material of all varieties. It had a warehouse covering 2500 square meters for storage of dangerous chemicals and highly toxic products. It was 3rd level enterprise of safety production standardization in dangerous chemicals industry.

In 2005, Taizhou Yongfeng purchased Jiaojiang Hualian Chemial Co., Ltd. and was renamed into Taizhou Yongxiang Medial and Chemical Co., Ltd. It started to research and manufacture medical and pesticide intermediates.

In 2011, Taizhou Yongfeng Chemial Co., Ltd. built a new production base, Shandong Zhanhua Yonghao Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., in Binhai industrial park of Shandong. It covers 138mu and is a solid platform for strategic target in future development.
